6:30 – 8:30 All Star Games at APU’s Mosley Gym
6:40 GNAC vs GNAC Coaches
7:10 BIG EAST vs Female Coaches
7:40 PAC 10 vs Boy Coaches
*Founder and President of NBC Camps, Fred Crowell, will run the NBC coaching staff through a college level workout as an example for campers. He plans on hand selecting a few of the oldest campers personally to give them the opportunity to experience basketball at a different level. Of the 14 coaches on staff 9 play or coach Division 1 or 2 Basketball. This activity promises to set an example and provide insight on what serious basketball players need to do to bring their games to the next level.

9:00-9:30 Dynamic Stretching/ Dynamic Jump Series
9:30-9:50 Pure Shooting Review/ Drills
9:50-10:10 Attack Moves Review/ Drills
10:15-10:35 3 v 3
10:35-10:55 15 Minute Workout
11:00-11:40 5 v 5 (every team one game)
12:00 to 1:00 Lunch
1:00 to 1:30 Check out. We ask that campers please load
up vehicles, if parents are available.
****Campers are to be checked out by their
discussion group leader when room is spotless.
1:30 to 2:00 Transportation to UAA will be with parents or Bus Shuttles.
2:10 to 3:10 Awards Program at UAA. Campers will be dismissed at the end of the ceremony.
